- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
- Lead and manage a team of front office staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of productivity and performance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and streamline processes at the front desk.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and room availability.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage and maintain the hotel's reservation system and ensure accurate and timely data entry.
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the guest experience.
- Prepare and manage the front office budget, identifying areas for cost-saving and revenue generation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to front office staff to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Attend meetings and trainings as required by the hotel management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management.
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Front Office Or Guest Service Role
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Proficient In Hotel Property Management Systems And Other Relevant Software
Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices In Front Office Operations.
