  1. Develop and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the front office area.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  3. Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
  4. Create and implement processes and procedures for efficient and effective front office operations.
  5. Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  6. Manage room inventory and ensure all rooms are properly prepared for guest arrival.
  7. Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction through feedback and reviews.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  9. Monitor and maintain front office budget, expenses, and revenue goals.
  10. Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for guest check-in.
  11. Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and payments.
  12. Oversee the scheduling and performance evaluation of front office staff.
  13. Conduct regular meetings with front office staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
  15. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Hotel Management: A Front Office Manager At Wyndham Hotel Group Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hotel Management, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team Of Front Office Staff. They Should Have Experience In Training And Motivating Employees, As Well As Resolving Conflicts And Handling Customer Complaints.

  • Knowledge Of Hotel Operations: A Front Office Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hotel Operations, Including Front Desk Procedures, Reservation Systems, And Revenue Management. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Standards And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: The Ability To Communicate Effectively With Guests, Staff, And Other Departments Is Essential In This Role. The Candidate Should Have Strong Interpersonal Skills, Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism, And Maintain A High Level Of Customer Satisfaction.
