4. Collaborate with other event staff to ensure a seamless and successful event.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest event technology and make recommendations for its implementation.
6. Prepare event spaces with necessary equipment and supplies, such as tables, chairs, and lighting.
7. Assist with event set-up and tear-down, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
8. Maintain inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment.
10. Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and promptly address any technical concerns or requests.
