Job Description

Looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Director of Executive Compensation and Equity Administration at Wyndham Hotel Group.   1. Develop and implement executive compensation and equity plans that align with the company's business objectives and support the attraction and retention of top talent.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to ensure competitive and fair compensation and equity practices are in place.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation and equity plans and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to ensure executive compensation and equity plans align with company values and culture.
  5. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to executive compensation and equity.
  6. Oversee the administration of equity awards and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  7. Communicate with executive leadership and employees regarding compensation and equity plans, including providing education and addressing questions or concerns.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants to support executive compensation and equity initiatives.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of compensation and equity professionals, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in executive compensation and equity administration, and make recommendations for adjustments to plans as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Executive Compensation And Equity Administration, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compensation And Benefits Laws And Regulations, Including Sec And Irs Guidelines.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Executive Compensation And Equity Administration Programs.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Compensation Concepts To Senior Leadership.
