- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with audio and video equipment in a timely manner.
- Ensure all audio and video equipment is functioning properly and is of the highest quality for guest use.
- Collaborate with event planners and hotel staff to understand the audio and video needs for each event.
- Assist guests with technical support and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in audio and video technology.
- Train and educate hotel staff on proper usage and maintenance of audio and video equipment.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed for audio and video equipment.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of audio and video technology with hotel systems.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Proficiency In Audio And Video Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Audio And Video Equipment Including Microphones, Speakers, Projectors, And Video Cameras.
Technical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Audio And Video Technology, Including Audio And Video Signal Flow, Video And Audio Editing Software, And Live Streaming Platforms.
Troubleshooting Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues Quickly And Efficiently. Experience In Troubleshooting Audio And Video Systems Is Preferred.
