  1. Set up and maintain audio and video systems throughout the hotel, including but not limited to conference rooms, guest rooms, and public spaces.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with audio and video equipment in a timely manner to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to design and implement creative and innovative audio and video solutions that enhance the guest experience.
  4. Conduct regular maintenance and updates on audio and video equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Maintain inventory and order necessary equipment and supplies as needed.
  6. Train and assist hotel staff in the proper usage of audio and video equipment.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in audio and video technology to continually improve the guest experience.
  8. Communicate effectively with guests to address any concerns or questions regarding audio and video equipment.
  9. Act as a point of contact for any audio and video related inquiries or requests from guests and staff.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and procedures when working with audio and video equipment.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  12. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Audio And Video Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Audio And Video Equipment Such As Microphones, Speakers, Projectors, And Video Cameras. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Technical Issues That May Arise.

  • Experience In Event Production: The Audio & Video Technician Should Have Prior Experience In Producing Audio And Video For Events Such As Meetings, Conferences, And Weddings. They Should Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.

  • Familiarity With Av Software And Systems: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Using Various Audio And Video Software And Systems Such As Pro Tools, Final Cut Pro, And Adobe Creative Suite. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Audio And Video Signal Flow.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Audio & Video Technician Will Be Working Closely With Event Planners, Clients, And Other Team Members. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills Are Essential To Ensure The Smooth Execution Of Events.

  • Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Detail-Oriented And Have The Ability To Anticipate And Troubleshoot Potential Issues With Audio And Video Equipment. They Should Also Be Able To Come Up With Creative Solutions To Technical Problems That May Arise During Events.
