
Analyst, Hotel Integration

- Work closely with the hotel integration team to identify, analyze, and integrate new hotels into our global network.
- Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the hotel integration process and ensure all new hotels are successfully integrated in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential new hotels, including market trends, competition, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to new hotel integration, including financials, operations, and customer feedback.
- Utilize data and insights to make recommendations and develop strategies for successful hotel integration.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures during the integration process.
- Act as the main point of contact for new hotel owners and provide exceptional customer service throughout the integration process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing hotel owners to ensure a smooth integration process and foster future partnerships.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of newly integrated hotels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the hotel integration process.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the progress and success of hotel integration efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to effectively communicate and implement new processes and procedures related to hotel integration.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally, to build and maintain strong partnerships with hotel owners and other stakeholders.
- Uphold the company's mission and values in all aspects of the job, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Hotel Or Travel Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Present Data Effectively.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
