- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue from key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships within the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for key accounts.
- Develop and present sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Create and maintain accurate records of sales and account activity.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Mentor and train junior business development team members.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop marketing strategies for key accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Hospitality Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Driving Revenue Growth And Developing New Business Opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In The Hotel Industry.
