Head of Education, Skills and Learning Mission

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for creating, leading and delivering the WEF’s mission-driven initiatives to promote education, skills and learning-related activities. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in education, learning, or a related field • At least 10 years of professional experience in education, learning, or a related field• Proven experience in developing and executing successful strategies and initiatives at the global level• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams of diverse backgrounds to achieve results• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into action • A passion for life-long learning and driving change • Fluency in English (additional language skills preferred)
