Job Description

Are you a passionate, experienced leader looking to make a difference in the world? The World Economic Forum (WEF) is looking for a highly motivated Head of Education, Skills and Learning Mission to lead the development and implementation of our global strategies for education, skills and learning. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for creating, leading and delivering the WEF’s mission-driven initiatives to promote education, skills and learning-related activities. You will partner with key stakeholders to identify and develop innovative programmes, partnerships and projects to achieve our mission.This is a unique opportunity to join a leading international organization and contribute to the development of a more equitable, sustainable and prosperous world. We are looking for an individual with the qualifications and experience outlined below to join our team. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in education, learning, or a related field • At least 10 years of professional experience in education, learning, or a related field• Proven experience in developing and executing successful strategies and initiatives at the global level• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams of diverse backgrounds to achieve results• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into action • A passion for life-long learning and driving change • Fluency in English (additional language skills preferred)
