VLSI Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement VLSI designs and solutions for customers.
2. Create digital and analog circuit designs.
3. Manage VLSI projects and ensure deadlines are met.
4. Troubleshoot and debug VLSI designs.
5. Monitor industry developments and trends and incorporate them into VLSI designs.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
7. Mentor and train new team members.
8. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure project success.
9. Utilize software tools and automation to optimize designs.
10. Document all designs and processes.
