VLSI Lead

At Wipro, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented VLSI Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our hardware and software engineering teams to design and develop high-performance integrated circuits for a variety of applications.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and have at least 5 years of professional experience in VLSI design and development. The successful candidate should also have strong technical knowledge of digital and analog design, embedded systems, and FPGA design. Deep knowledge of related software tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Xilinx is a plus.This role requires excellent communication skills as the VLSI Lead will be responsible for collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and providing technical guidance to junior engineers. The successful candidate should also have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop high-performance integrated circuits for a variety of applications.
2. Work closely with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure efficient and accurate designs.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
4. Utilize Cadence, Synopsys, and Xilinx software tools to design and develop integrated circuits.
