Techno Functional Consultant- SAP

Wipro is looking for an experienced Techno Functional Consultant- SAP who can provide technical and functional expertise to our SAP customers. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, innovative, and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of SAP experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in developing requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP applications.In addition to being highly experienced in SAP solutions, the successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong technical aptitude, and an understanding of the business process. We are looking for someone who is an independent thinker, analytical, and a strong problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical and functional expertise to SAP customers.
2. Develop requirements, functional design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP applications.
3. Collaborate with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Ensure SAP solutions are up to date and functioning properly.
5. Analyze customer data to identify issues and develop solutions.
6. Monitor system performance and optimize SAP environment.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or functional issues.
8. Lead customer training sessions on SAP solutions.
9. Develop and document best practices for SAP solutions.
10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
