Solution Architect - Snowflake Lead

- Develop Snowflake-based solutions for clients by understanding their business needs and providing technical expertise.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the given timeline and budget.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and define solution requirements and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Snowflake and other relevant technologies in order to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Conduct training sessions for team members and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for the solutions implemented.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the solution architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data engineers, data analysts, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and provide recommendations.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of existing Snowflake solutions for clients.
- Adhere to company and industry best practices, standards, and security protocols.
Extensive Experience With Snowflake: A Solution Architect - Snowflake Lead At Wipro Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Snowflake, A Cloud-Based Data Warehouse Platform. They Should Be Well-Versed In All Aspects Of Snowflake, Including Architecture, Data Modeling, And Sql.
Strong Data Warehousing And Etl Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Warehousing Concepts And Etl Processes. They Should Have Experience Designing And Implementing Complex Data Warehousing Solutions, As Well As Creating Efficient Etl Pipelines.
Technical Leadership: As A Lead Role, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Guide And Mentor A Team Of Developers And Architects, Providing Technical Direction And Ensuring Best Practices Are Followed.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: A Solution Architect - Snowflake Lead Should Possess Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
