- Provide technical support to clients by troubleshooting and resolving IT issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly and effectively addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Document and maintain detailed records of all client interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and resolve more complex technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates to provide the best possible support to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on issue resolution and ensure their satisfaction.
- Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude and act as a role model for the team by promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet performance expectations and contribute to team goals and objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company by representing Wipro's values and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the team and company goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Service Desk Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Itil Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
