Responsibilities of a Service Desk Analyst:

  1. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or online chat.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Diagnose technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
  4. Create customer service tickets and follow up on their progress.
  5. Maintain knowledge of all technical products and services offered.
  6. Record customer interactions in a customer relationship management system.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve customer service.
  8. Remain updated on new products and services.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
  10. Provide feedback to the management team on customer service issues.
