They will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and be able to provide technical guidance and thought leadership to the team. They should be comfortable with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, as well as have a desire to stay up to date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.We are looking for a team player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A successful candidate should be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients in order to ensure desired outcomes. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives
2. Ensure proper architecture and design of Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable
3. Provide technical guidance and thought leadership to internal stakeholders and external clients
4. Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs
5. Identify opportunities for improvement in Salesforce solutions and recommend changes
6. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies
7. Research and develop prototypes of new Salesforce features and solutions
8. Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce applications
9. Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce solutions
10. Participate in periodic code reviews to ensure quality of Salesforce solutions
