  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Data Cloud practice within the Salesforce AI portfolio.
  2. Lead a team of professionals in delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients utilizing AI and data management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative solutions that address client needs.
  4. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, data management, and Salesforce to ensure the practice remains at the forefront of the industry.
  5. Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  6. Oversee project delivery and ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.
  7. Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on leveraging AI and data management to optimize their business processes and drive growth.
  8. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise in AI and data management.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the Data Cloud practice and generate new business leads.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company at events, conferences, and industry forums.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with Salesforce and other technology partners.
  12. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  13. Prepare and present reports to senior management on practice performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.

  • Extensive Experience In Implementing Salesforce Ai And Data Cloud Solutions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Salesforce Ai And Data Cloud Solutions In A Variety Of Industries And Use Cases.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Salesforce Ai And Data Cloud Products: The Practice Head Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Capabilities And Functionalities Of Salesforce Ai And Data Cloud Products, Including Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery, And Einstein Prediction Builder.

  • Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Practice Head, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Consultants And Developers To Deliver High-Quality Solutions To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Stakeholders, Understand Their Business Needs, And Provide Appropriate Solutions.

  • Salesforce Certifications And Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Hold Relevant Salesforce Certifications, Such As Salesforce Certified Einstein Analytics And Discovery Consultant, And Have A Deep Understanding Of Salesforce Platform And Related Technologies.
