Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze industry regulations, laws, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
2. Develop and implement risk and compliance strategies, policies, and procedures that adhere to industry regulations and laws.
3. Identify and document areas of risk and compliance exposure.
4. Develop and maintain risk and compliance databases.
5. Develop and lead training sessions on risk and compliance matters.
6. Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance.
7. Monitor and report on risk and compliance issues.
8. Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and concerns.
9. Develop and manage risk and compliance-related audits.
10. Assist in the development of risk and compliance-related reports and documents.
