- Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent for our organization.
- Create and maintain a strong employer brand image through various marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand the hiring needs and create targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand the latest recruitment trends and implement them in our strategies.
- Manage and monitor the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented.
- Utilize various social media platforms to promote our employer brand and reach a wider audience.
- Analyze and track the effectiveness of recruitment marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to attract top graduates.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and providing a smooth recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into our recruitment marketing efforts.
- Lead and manage a team of recruitment marketing professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment marketing efforts with overall company branding and messaging.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure the success of recruitment marketing efforts and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, Or Talent Acquisition.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Techniques, Including Seo, Social Media, And Content Marketing.
Previous Experience In Developing And Executing Recruitment Marketing Campaigns For A Large Organization.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling Messaging And Branding Materials For Recruitment Purposes.
