- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment within the quality assurance team.
- Represent the company in client meetings and act as a point of contact for quality-related matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field, With A Strong Understanding Of Software Development And Qa Processes.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Qa Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.
Extensive Knowledge Of Qa Methodologies, Tools, And Best Practices, Including Test Planning, Execution, And Defect Management.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Mentor A Team Of Qa Engineers.
Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And The Ability To Adapt To Changing Project Requirements And Timelines.
