Quality and Process Excellence Lead

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the highest level of quality in products and services.
- Lead and manage a team of quality and process improvement professionals to drive a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and proactively address any potential quality issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality and process improvement methodologies.
- Stay current on industry best practices and incorporate them into the organization's quality and process improvement strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Communicate quality and process improvement initiatives and progress to senior management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality and process improvement and provide guidance and support to other teams and departments.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Quality And Process Improvement Roles, Preferably In A Technology Or Consulting Company.
Strong Understanding Of Six Sigma, Lean, And Other Process Improvement Methodologies.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Standards, Policies, And Procedures.
