Project Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and clients
2. Manage the successful delivery of projects according to defined timelines and budgets
3. Monitor and track progress of projects, identifying any risks or issues and taking corrective action
4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
5. Communicate project progress and changes to stakeholders and team members
6. Lead problem-solving sessions to identify solutions to project issues or risks
7. Create and maintain project plans, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and reporting
8. Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful completion of projects
9. Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure project success
10. Lead project meetings, ensuring all objectives are covered and action items are tracked
