  1. Lead and manage the overall performance and success of multiple programs within Wipro, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and timely delivery of projects.
  4. Define program scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans to achieve them.
  5. Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Program Manager Capability Lead At Wipro Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Guide A Team Of Program Managers And Project Leads.

  • Extensive Project Management Experience: Wipro Requires Candidates For This Role To Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The It Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Large And Complex Projects.
