Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a passionate professional with a strong knowledge of software and technology in the industry.The Presales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of Wipro’s products and services to our customers. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with the best solutions.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a presales role, and a good understanding of software and technology. Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with best solutions.
  2. Working to identify customer needs and determine how Wipro’s services can meet those needs.
  3. Staying up to date with industry trends and software technology.
  4. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback in order to recommend improvements.
  5. Preparing and presenting proposals to customers.
  6. Establishing and maintaining a database of customer contacts.
  7. Generating sales reports and performing competitive analysis.
  8. Managing customer orders and contracts.
  9. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Participating in trade shows and conferences.
