Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Presales Executive to join our Wipro team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to balance multiple priorities. This role requires excellent communication and customer relationship skills, and an in-depth knowledge of our products and services.The Presales Executive will be responsible for supporting the sales process for our services and products by providing technical and sales support and expertise to our customers. As part of this role, the Presales Executive will provide customer demonstrations, webinars, and product presentations.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business and a minimum of two years of experience in pre-sales and/or customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software applications and be comfortable using CRM and other technical tools. Additionally, the Presales Executive should have excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and sales support to customers
  • Develop and deliver product presentations and customer demonstrations
  • Manage customer questions and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Research and understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions -Serve as a point of contact between customers and the sales team -Maintain and update customer records in a CRM system
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify areas of improvement
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify business opportunities
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities

According to JobzMall, the average salary range for a Presales Executive in Austin, TX, USA is $81,000 - $87,000 per year. This includes base salary, bonus, and other additional compensation.
