Job Description

  15. Take ownership of any customer complaints or escalations and work towards a resolution.
  16. Keep accurate and organized records of all order-related information.
  17. Assist in training new team members on order management processes and procedures.
  18. Flexibility to work in different shifts and handle high volumes of orders during peak periods.
  19. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  20. Strive to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company.
