OIM Developer

At Wipro, we are looking for an experienced OIM Developer to join our team. The successful candidate should have a strong technical background in Oracle Identity Management (OIM) development and implementation, and be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions.We are searching for a professional with a driven attitude and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and possess at least 5 years of experience in OIM development and implementation. The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of the OIM product architecture, as well as experience with identity life-cycle management, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and authentication/authorization.We are seeking a motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement OIM solutions to meet business requirements
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions
3. Analyze and troubleshoot OIM issues
4. Manage identity life-cycle, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and authentication/authorization
5. Create and maintain OIM product architecture
6. Manage user access and security policies
7. Monitor OIM performance and system availability
8. Develop and execute test plans
9. Document OIM solutions and processes
10. Provide ongoing support for OIM solutions and processes
