Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to executive team, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and creating agendas.
  2. Maintain up-to-date records of office activities, including personnel files, financial records, and customer information.
  3. Monitor office operations, such as ordering supplies and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  4. Manage office processes such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues as they arise.
  6. Prepare and present reports to upper management.
  7. Assist in the development of office policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and implement systems to increase organizational efficiency.
  9. Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
