Internal Audit Analyst

Wipro is looking for an Internal Audit Analyst to join our team! We are seeking an individual with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, finance, and/or auditing, as well as a passion for providing quality assurance to the organization.To be successful in this role, the Internal Audit Analyst must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an auditing or accounting role. The ideal candidate would have experience in risk-based auditing, internal controls, and compliance. CPA or CIA certification is a plus.The Internal Audit Analyst should be a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct risk-based audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
2. Prepare and analyze audit reports, making recommendations for process improvements and risk management.
3. Monitor internal controls and compliance procedures to identify weaknesses and areas of improvement.
4. Develop audit plans and strategies to ensure effective and efficient completion of audit objectives.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes.
6. Collaborate with management to develop and execute corrective action plans for any deficiencies identified.
7. Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Stay current on changes in the auditing and accounting landscape.
9. Assist in the preparation of audit reports, presentations, and other documents.
10. Ensure that all audit activities are conducted in accordance with applicable standards.
