Internal Audit Analyst

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Internal Audit Analyst to join our internal audit team at Wipro. Our ideal candidate should possess a B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or internal audit.The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to effectively manage multiple tasks. This person should be able to think analytically and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilites:

1. Conduct audits of financial and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
2. Develop audit plans and prepare audit reports to assess and mitigate organizational risk.
3. Analyze financial statements and other operational data to identify areas of risk and potential opportunities for improvement.
4. Identify internal control weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding of audit results and corrective action plans.
6. Monitor and track corrective action plans to ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
7. Keep abreast of changes in the external environment and ensure that audit plans and procedures are up to date.
8. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
