1. Manage and maintain Hadoop clusters for optimal performance and availability.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Hadoop infrastructure.
3. Monitor and analyze Hadoop cluster usage and capacity planning.
4. Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
5. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies for Hadoop data.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Hadoop technology.
8. Train and mentor junior Hadoop administrators on best practices and procedures.
9. Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to optimize data processing and analysis.

12. Develop and maintain documentation for Hadoop processes and procedures.

14. Adhere to change management processes and ensure smooth transitions for Hadoop updates and changes.
15. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to any urgent issues related to Hadoop.
