4. Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for Hadoop clusters.
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in the Hadoop ecosystem and recommend improvements or upgrades to the existing infrastructure.
6. Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to understand their requirements and provide technical support.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for Hadoop cluster configurations, processes, and procedures.
8. Implement and enforce security measures to protect Hadoop clusters and data.
9. Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to streamline Hadoop cluster management tasks.
10. Train and mentor junior Hadoop administrators on best practices and procedures.
11. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and troubleshooting.
12. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on the status of Hadoop clusters.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Hadoop administration.
