Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the company’s financial assets and operations to ensure that they are managed in the most efficient and secure manner possible.
2. Analyze and assess financial risk exposures and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and records.
5. Monitor and report on financial performance and progress towards goals.
6. Research and evaluate new financial products and services.
7. Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
9. Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and shareholders.
10. Stay current on developments in the field of financial risk management.
