Enrollment Specialist
Responsible for determining plan eligibility and enrolling members within CMS regulatory guidelines. Work to enroll members with incorrect/incomplete applications by performing customer, physician, and/or agent outreach and using support tools (MARx, State Medicaid, USPS). Process plan changes, cancellations, disenrollment’s within CMS regulatory guidelines. Complete membership revalidation and apply eligibility requirements for membership changes. Research and respond to eligibility inquiries via email and internal inquiry systems. Ensure all enrollment eligibility is reconciled and maintained in accordance Internal Client Medicare policies and procedures . Perform research and/or complete special projects as requested.
Prior enrollment, reconciliation, or related experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, customer oriented environment.
Must be able to react quickly and proactively in a rapidly changing and dynamic work environment
