Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Fields Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Design Engineering Role, Preferably In A Relevant Industry Such As Automotive, Aerospace, Or Manufacturing.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software, Such As Autocad, Solidworks, Or Catia.
Strong Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Technical Data.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Design Proposals To Clients.
