  1. Oversee and coordinate the successful delivery of projects within the designated timelines and budget.
  2. Ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest quality, meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Provide regular updates on project progress to the clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Act as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in delivery management.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
  14. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
  15. Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide project updates and address any concerns.
