Job Description

At Wipro, we are looking for a Deal Execution (Presales/Bid) Manager who has an eye for detail and an analytical mind to help drive our business forward.This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire bid/presales process from start to finish and should be an excellent communicator and team player.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Management, Finance, etc.) and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They should have a strong understanding of the software/technology industry and a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.This role requires a high degree of multi-tasking and attention to detail, as well as excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and engineering teams and be motivated to exceed expectations.If you have the necessary qualifications and believe that you can make a valuable contribution to Wipro, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire bid/presales process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  2. Monitor and evaluate bid/presales performance and progress throughout the process.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the bid/presales process and ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Liaise with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure that all requirements are met.
  5. Analyze customer requirements and create comprehensive bid/presales plans.
  6. Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  7. Train and mentor junior staff on the bid/presales process.
  8. Work with financial teams to ensure accuracy of pricing and budgeting.
  9. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on bid/presales performance and progress.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
