Cloudera Hadoop Administrator

At Wipro, we are currently looking for a highly-skilled Cloudera Hadoop Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data systems and a desire to help our company continue to grow. The Cloudera Hadoop Administrator will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and administration of our Hadoop clusters. The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem and have the technical knowledge to ensure optimal performance. We are looking for someone who can work independently, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is highly organized. The required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, and at least three years of experience in a Hadoop Administrator role. Certified Cloudera Administrator (CCA) certification is preferred. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Linux, shell scripting languages, and Apache Hive. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain, and administer Cloudera Hadoop clusters.
2. Monitor and optimize cluster performance and scalability.
3. Work independently to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
4. Create, maintain, and optimize scripts and data processing jobs.
5. Implement security protocols to ensure data security and compliance.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for the Hadoop platform.
7. Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, track system metrics, and identify potential areas of improvement.
8. Train and mentor other team members on the Hadoop platform.
9. Remain up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the Hadoop ecosystem.
10. Develop and execute strategies for data migration and archiving.
