Business Analyst

Preference will be given to applicants who possess an MBA or similar advanced degree. In addition, the successful candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in a related field. Responsibilities:

1. Gather and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights and recommendations for process improvement.
2. Develop business cases and financial models to support process improvement initiatives.
3. Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports.
4. Develop project plans and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
5. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Monitor and evaluate process performance and recommend solutions to improve process efficiency.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and recommend changes to existing processes to support strategic objectives.
8. Act as a liaison between departments and stakeholders to ensure successful communication and collaboration.
9. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on best practices for data analysis and process improvement.
10. Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure alignment on objectives.
