  1. Develop and implement automation strategy for the organization.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify areas for automation and create a roadmap for implementation.
  3. Lead and manage the execution of automation projects.
  4. Stay updated on the latest automation technologies and tools and make recommendations for their implementation.
  5. Work closely with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
  6. Train and mentor team members on automation processes and tools.
  7. Conduct regular assessments and audits to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gain support for automation initiatives.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks in the automation process.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for further automation.
  11. Monitor and report on the progress and results of automation projects.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to automation.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on automation for the organization.
  14. Communicate and promote the benefits of automation to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to the development of new automation processes and tools.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge And Experience: The Automation Roll Out Champion Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Automation Tools And Technologies, As Well As Experience Implementing Them In A Corporate Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Scripting, And Automation Frameworks.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead An Automation Roll Out Project From Start To Finish. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Setting Timelines And Milestones, And Coordinating With Various Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Point Of Contact For The Automation Roll Out, The Champion Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate The Benefits And Progress Of The Automation Initiative To Various Stakeholders, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate And Work With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Automation Roll Out Champion Should Possess Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities To Identify Areas For Automation And Develop Solutions To Streamline Processes And Improve Efficiency. This Includes Being Able To Analyze Data, Identify Patterns, And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Continuous Learning And Adaptability: With The Constantly Evolving Landscape Of Automation, The Roll Out Champion Must Have A Strong Drive For Continuous Learning And Be Adaptable To Change. This Includes Staying Updated On New Technologies And Tools, As Well As Being Able To Adjust And Pivot Strategies As Needed To Ensure Successful Implementation Of Automation Initiatives.
