Wipro is looking for an Automation Lead who is motivated and experienced in leading automation projects and developing automation strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.The Automation Lead will be responsible for driving the overall automation strategy and roadmap for Wipro. The role will encompass a wide range of activities including designing and developing automated solutions, leading automation initiatives, and working collaboratively with stakeholders and teams across the organization.To be successful in this role, the Automation Lead should possess:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field• 5+ years of experience in automation or software engineering• Proven experience in developing and deploying automation strategies• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript• Knowledge of DevOps tools and processes• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels• Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsIf you have the necessary qualifications and experience to be our Automation Lead, we would love to hear from you!
