  1. Develop and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) and campaign strategies to drive revenue growth in the APMEA region.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective ABM and campaign plans that align with overall business goals.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target accounts and segments for ABM and campaigns.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, to understand business needs and objectives.
  5. Utilize various marketing channels and tactics, including email, social media, and events, to reach and engage target accounts.
  6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of ABM and campaign initiatives, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
  7. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ABM and campaigns to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  9. Provide regular reporting and insights on ABM and campaign performance to stakeholders and leadership.
  10. Work closely with the global marketing team to align regional ABM and campaign efforts with overall company strategy.
  11. Continuously track and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of ABM and campaign efforts.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the success of the team.
  13. Stay updated on Wipro's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to target accounts.
  14. Represent Wipro at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  15. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective messaging and content for ABM and campaign initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Marketing Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Marketing, With A Focus On Account-Based Marketing (Abm) And Campaign Management. This Experience Should Include Developing And Executing Successful Abm Strategies And Managing End-To-End Campaigns.

  • Knowledge Of Apmea Market: The Abm And Campaigns Lead Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Apmea Market, Including Key Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape. This Knowledge Will Be Critical In Developing Effective Marketing Strategies And Campaigns That Resonate With The Target Audience.

  • Strategic Thinker: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Market Data And Insights To Develop Innovative Abm Strategies And Campaigns. They Should Also Be Able To Anticipate Market Changes And Adjust Strategies Accordingly.

  • Team Management Skills: The Abm And Campaigns Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Marketing Professionals. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Building And Developing High-Performing Teams.
