Item Processing Associate

This position is responsible for the nightly processing of files for all 15 Wintrust Charters. Some of their functions will include the importing and exporting of daily files, balancing of end of day reports, end of day functions including transmissions to FIS core processor and as well as creating outgoing cashletter files. Work timing is 5 pm to 1:30 a.m. Monday thru Friday. Position will also be involved with nightly lockbox functions. Generate reports, verify accuracy, release for nightly production. Assisting with lockbox work- preparing mail for sorting, sorting of caller boxes, prepping of daily lockbox work.
