Job Description

Whole Foods Market is an exciting and vibrant place to work and we are looking for an experienced Store Support Supervisor to join our team. The Store Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing strong leadership and guidance to the store support team. This individual will ensure that all customer needs and inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail or customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide proactive support and direction to the store support team. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the store support team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strong leadership and guidance to the store support team.
  2. Ensure customer needs and inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide proactive support and direction to the store support team.
  4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store support team.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency.
  6. Ensure that store support team members are properly trained and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor and evaluate team performance, identify areas of improvement, and provide feedback and coaching.
  8. Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  10. Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
