  1. Create and maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for customers at all times.
  2. Prepare and bake a variety of delicious and fresh baked goods for customers to enjoy.
  3. Ensure all baked goods are of the highest quality, using only the freshest ingredients.
  4. Collaborate with team members to develop new and creative recipes that align with our brand and customer preferences.
  5. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of baked goods and ingredients to ensure availability for customers.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and special orders.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve baking skills.
  9. Train and mentor new team members to ensure consistent quality and standards.
  10. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members across departments to ensure cohesive operations of the store.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
