
Senior Workforce Planning Analyst
Whole Foods Market is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team. This role requires an individual with excellent problem-solving capabilities who is able to think strategically and develop creative solutions. The Senior Workforce Planning Analyst will be responsible for the development and implementation of workforce planning and labor optimization strategies in order to maximize operational efficiencies and ensure customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in workforce planning and labor optimization. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and experience with analytics and data modeling. Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, are essential. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement labor optimization strategies to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Perform analytics and data modeling to identify trends and make strategic decisions • Monitor workforce planning and labor optimization initiatives to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations • Analyze and interpret data to identify areas of improvement in labor optimization • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration • Collaborate with other teams to develop and execute short- and long-term workforce planning strategies • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that workforce planning and labor optimization processes are implemented correctly • Monitor and evaluate labor optimization plans and strategies to ensure optimal performance • Prepare reports and presentations on labor optimization initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
