Senior Workforce Planning Analyst

Responsibilities: • Develop and implement labor optimization strategies to maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Perform analytics and data modeling to identify trends and make strategic decisions • Monitor workforce planning and labor optimization initiatives to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations • Analyze and interpret data to identify areas of improvement in labor optimization • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration • Collaborate with other teams to develop and execute short- and long-term workforce planning strategies • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that workforce planning and labor optimization processes are implemented correctly • Monitor and evaluate labor optimization plans and strategies to ensure optimal performance • Prepare reports and presentations on labor optimization initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
