- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Facilities Technology & Sustainability department, in alignment with Whole Foods Market's overall sustainability goals.
- Lead a team of facilities and sustainability professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the department's success.
- Identify and implement innovative technology solutions to improve the efficiency and sustainability of Whole Foods Market's facilities.
- Monitor and analyze data to track progress towards sustainability goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability initiatives into company-wide operations and processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sustainable facilities management, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage budgets for the Facilities Technology & Sustainability department.
- Communicate and promote Whole Foods Market's sustainability efforts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to sustainability.
- Represent Whole Foods Market at industry events and conferences related to facilities management and sustainability.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Facilities Management, With A Focus On Technology And Sustainability.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Teams.
Extensive Knowledge Of Building Systems And Sustainability Practices, Including Leed Certification And Energy Efficiency Measures.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With The Ability To Adapt To Changing Priorities And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
