Responsibilities: • Manage operations of the organization and ensure efficient and effective service is provided to customers • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations • Monitor and analyze operations data and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws • Develop and manage budgets to maximize resources and minimize expenses • Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity • Monitor and assess staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed • Maintain accurate records and reports on operations, customer feedback, and other relevant data
