  1. Source and select high-quality equipment to support the needs of our stores and facilities.
  2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms for equipment purchases.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  4. Monitor and manage equipment budgets to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology to make informed purchasing decisions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand equipment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  7. Conduct market research to identify new and innovative equipment options that align with our sustainability goals.
  8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of equipment suppliers and their products.
  9. Manage the entire procurement process, from identifying equipment needs to final delivery and installation.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, in all equipment purchases.
  11. Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of products and services provided.
  12. Work closely with store and facility managers to understand their equipment needs and provide support and guidance on equipment-related issues.
  13. Analyze and report on equipment purchasing trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers.
  15. Train and mentor other members of the equipment purchasing team.
