  1. Ensure that all Whole Foods Market stores are stocked with high-quality natural and organic produce.
  2. Manage and maintain inventory levels of produce in each store.
  3. Monitor and track produce sales trends to inform ordering decisions.
  4. Collaborate with store managers and other team members to create accurate and timely produce orders.
  5. Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of produce orders.
  6. Inspect produce upon delivery to ensure it meets the company's quality standards.
  7. Monitor and report on produce sales and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies with produce orders.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with local farmers and suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of fresh produce.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new produce products to inform ordering decisions.
  11. Train and support other team members on proper produce ordering procedures.
  12. Maintain accurate records of produce orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
  13. Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines for all produce products.
  14. Continuously strive to improve ordering processes and increase efficiency.
